No Disruptive Gatherings - No Parties 

No Open Invite Gatherings - No Parties

No Advertising listings as party or event friendly

No Drugs

No Subleasing - No renting and then renting out

No Disturbances to the Surrounding Community such as:

Excessive Noise - Quiet Hours between 10:00pm - 7:00am 

Excessive Visitors - Maximum 6 Guests to stay

Excessive Trash / Littering - Empty trash cans and place garbage bags into the Brown Garbage Bin  

Smoking Nuisances - No Smoking and No Vaping

Parking Nuisances - Please park on the white rocks / gravel and no more than two small to medium sized vehicles

Trespassing - Unauthorized entry into the property is strictly prohibited, respect property boundaries for everyone's safety

Vandalism - Damage, Destruction, or Defacement of public and or private property

Violence - No Fighting
